At Renegade Running, we want to ensure you have the right gear to hit your stride. If your purchase isn't performing to your expectations, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn gear back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
